We usually ship your order within 48 business hours of receiving payment. Our normal business hours are 9am-5pm PST Monday – Friday.

30 day return policy. We can’t offer you an exchange after 30 days. To be eligible, your purchase must be unused and in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. 

Step 1- email [email protected] with your order information and what you would like to return. 
Step 2- We will send you instruction on where to return your item(s). 
Step 3- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your exchange. If you are approved, a credit will be applied to your account.

We currently only ship to select states in the US.

Yes it is legal to ship through regular mail.

Currently, there are no federal regulations requiring a legal age, but we mandate consumers be 21 years or older.

Our orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours and no orders are processed on Sunday or on federal holidays.  We anticipate 3-5 business days  to deliver from the time you order.
